We’re delighted to congratulate STAI CDT PhD student Aditi Ramaswamy for being named runner-up in King’s College London Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences Third Year Research Competition last month.

The event celebrated outstanding third-year postgraduate research, giving students the opportunity to share their work with the wider NMES community and gain valuable experience presenting complex research to a non-specialist audience.

Aditi created an engaging, clear, and humorous three-minute presentation explaining their thesis, ‘Explanations of Synthetic Image Detection Models’, which was exceptionally well edited and communicated complex ideas in an accessible way.
